120 min new client consultation £80

We take a deep dive into all the systems of the body and how they are functioning,your previous medical history from birth and assess lifestyle factors to build a picture of your current health.

We then work together to design a personalised coaching plan that will provide you with actionable steps to achieve your wellbeing goals.

All in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Pre-consultation comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire
  • Pre-consultation 3-day food and mood log
  • 120-minute one to one in person or virtual appointment, where we review your questionnaire, food and mood log and identify any health goals
  • Wheel of life assessment
  • A personalised health and wellbeing coaching plan with personalised handouts, recipes, or product recommendations etc as required.
  • 1 x complimentary 10-minute check-in via phone or video call within four weeks of this session           

30 min health coaching session £30

Keeping you accountable, talking through wins and falls and adjusting your sails to move forward, tailoring your coaching plan to your needs. 

60 min health coaching session £60

Keeping you accountable, talking through wins and falls and adjusting your sails to move forward, tailoring your coaching plan to your needs. 

Health Coaching Home evaluation (post consultation) £60

1 x 90 min face to face appointment in your own home. An evaluation to identify factors that may be influencing your health 

What is included:

- Home Toxin evaluation

- identifying factors in your home that may be harming your health

- Diary and time management.

- Looking at your schedule to free up time and add in new habits for achieving your goals

- Advice on skincare, make up, toiletries, cleaning products, cookware, plastics, water and other toxins in the home.

- Advice on detoxification and boosting liver health.And much more!

Wellbeing Revive Package £220

This plan has been designed for those who may only have a small goal to reach or those who want to a taster of what health coaching is all about. 

It is a 4-week program to get you thinking about your life goals and those health habits that you may want to lose or improve upon. With an opportunity to upgrade to other plans, The Wellbeing Revive Package is a great start in regaining your health and seeing some fast results. They say it takes 21 days for habits to stick, and so this plan is all you need. 

What is included:

- 1 x 15 min initial phone consultation

- 1 x 120 min one to one new client consultation.

- A clear vision of what you want to achieve.

- Personalised Coaching action plan emailed after each session

- 3 x 60 min one to one health coaching sessions

- Follow up coaching plan after each health coaching session.

- Bespoke resources provided where needed

 

Duration – 4 – 8 weeks depending on your personalised plan

Wellness Unleashed Package £500

The Wellness Unleashed Package gives you that extra bit of support and accountability to ensure that you stay on track and motivated on your health journey.

This plan introduces a home evaluation, personal message support and check ins to ensure that you reach those goals and stay motivated.

What is included:

  • 1 x 15 min initial phone consultation
  • 1 x 120 min one to one new client consultation.
  • A clear vision of what you want to achieve
  • 6 x 60 min one to one health coaching session
  • A Personalised Coaching action plan emailed after each session.
  • Accountability and support to build sustainable habits.
  • The Complete health biohacking cheat sheet
  • 1 x 90 min in home evaluation or 1 x additional health coaching session
  • Personal message support available on 1 day per week or 10 mins weekly check in phone call on an agreed date and time.
  • Bespoke resources provided where neededWeekly food diary feedback

Health Mastery Blueprint £1200

The health mastery blueprint is a long term commitment to your wellbeing typically spanning several months to ensure lasting results.

As your dedicated accountability partner, I will be there every step of the way to motivate you, keep you on track and celebrate those wins!

  • 1 x 15 min initial phone consultation 
  • 1 x 120 min one to one new client consultation

  • 12 x 60 min one to one health coaching session
  • Personalised coaching action plan emailed after each coaching session

  • Personal message support available Mon- Fri or 20 minute weekly check in on an agreed date and time.

Duration – 14 – 28 weeks depending on your personalised plan.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

  • Health coaches work with individuals and groups in a client-centred process to facilitate and empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness
  •  Coaches support clients in mobilising internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self-management strategies for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle, behaviour changes.
  •  As partners and facilitators, health coaches support their clients in achieving health goals and behavioural change based on their clients’ own goals and consistent with treatment plans as prescribed by individual clients’ professional health care providers
  •  Coaches assist clients to use their insight, personal strengths and resources, goal setting, action steps and accountability toward healthy lifestyle change and may offer supporting resources from nationally and internationally recognised authorities, such as current government and public health guidelines and peer-reviewed sources.
  •  Coaches must unless otherwise credentialed and able to do so legitimately, avoid giving specific personal health advice, but may offer a client direction to health and wellness information and resources from nationally/internationally recognized, robust evidence-based and peer-reviewed authorities, so that clients can draw their own conclusions, gain confidence and a sense of empowerment.
